Luce & Sete is a print-on-demand (POD) apparel brand. All products are custom printed after an order is placed.

  • Minor variations in print, fabric, or finish are normal

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified (as printing starts immediately)
  • We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

All returns/exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices may change without notice
  • Final price includes applicable GST, shipping, and handling charges (shown at checkout)

We are not responsible for additional bank/payment gateway charges.

We partner with third-party logistics and print providers (such as POD suppliers) to fulfill orders.

  • Orders are typically processed within 4–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather or external disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

Once shipped, the risk transfers to the customer.
